In the Spotlight: Jay Coul

At JND Racing, success is built on the hard work, passion, and dedication of the people behind the scenes. This month, we turn the spotlight on one of our most valued team members – mechanic and racer, Jay Coul.

Jay works full-time with JND Racing, preparing our karts to the highest standard in the workshop and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the racetrack. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and determination have made him a cornerstone of the team’s operations.

But Jay’s talent doesn’t stop in the workshop. Away from the spanners, he’s a fierce competitor in his own right. Racing in the KZ2 class of the Australian Kart Championships, Jay delivered a standout season in 2025, finishing 3rd overall in the national standings.

Jay’s ability to balance his professional role within JND Racing while chasing his own racing goals is a true testament to his passion for the sport. He sets a strong example for the younger drivers in the team — showing what can be achieved through hard work and commitment.
